COLLIER GARRETT

Collier joined Hogan Real Estate in 2025 and serves as a Property Manager, supporting property operations, facilities management, and tenant relations across the company’s portfolio.

Prior to entering commercial real estate, Collier built his professional foundation in the chemical manufacturing industry, where he developed expertise in billing and operational support. That experience sharpened his skills in organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail, qualities he brings to every aspect of his work at Hogan.

Collier is a graduate of Dupont Manual High School in Louisville, Kentucky and continued his education in business management at Xavier University.
