Jeff Ramser

Jeff joined Hogan Real Estate as a Property Manager in May of 2022. He spent 10 years in multi-family real estate specializing in project development, renovations, developing budgets, and leasing. Jeff’s passion in finance and economics has led him to be successful in his roles of increasing value to asset owners.

Born and raised in Louisville, Jeff is a graduate of St. Xavier high school and the University of Kentucky, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys traveling, attending local events, and spending time with his family.
